Dear Parent and Student,

Hello Parents and Students Welcome to At-Home-Learning Week 2-This week will be Digital Spirit Week !  Click on assignment page for more details.  As soon as I receive your photo, I will upload here and you will be able to view the others.  I hope this letter finds you safe and healthy!  Since our Spring break was extended until April 3^rd returning on April 6^th,, we want to continue teaching and student learning in A-At-Home Environment!  I will be providing you work for your child to do at home with your instruction and help.  I am trying to be very specific with assignments, but please feel free to contact me through email teresita@bisdbears.esc18.net  or text for any questions you may have.

You have received the  Weekly Assignment Page with assignments and other information. Students can work on assignment during the times I have provided on the Daily Schedule.  You are more than welcome to change it to meet your needs.

ONLINE learning! Students also have access to: Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) Reading Online https://www.hmhco.com/one/login/   , Istation, and IXL. These are online programs that students can work on to reinforce learning. I would like students to continue working on these programs.  I have provided logins for these three programs.

 HMH is our reading program and student also have online access where they can log on and complete the assignments I have assigned.  1. Students logon 2. Click on Assignments on the top of the page. 3. Students selects an assignment. Start with Prepare to Read first. 4. Then continue working on assignments. They can read the stories from their Reading Book or on online.

  Thank you for supporting and teaching your child during this time.  This is all new for us and I just want my students to continue their learning!  I hope we be back at school soon, but if we are not, I will take you another packet for the week.  Please grade all the assignment and I will keep in communication with you on progress. Put all completed work in the folder provided and email me on Friday and let me know how your child is doing.  Together we can continue the learning for your child in a new learning environment! Contine to check on classdojo daily for other acitities.           Zoom Class Meeting-Friday at 2:00!

8:30-9:00-Istation Reading

9:00-10:30- Reading-Students can write in their book to answer questions.

10:30-11:00-Daily Journal Writing: See topics below

Monday-Write about your pet!

Tuesday-My Favorite Spring Activity

Wednesday- Free choice

Thursday-My Story-Write about you and your family.

Friday-Free Choice. 

Make sure you check for correct punctuation.

11:00-12:00-Math

12:00-1:00- Lunch

1:00-1:45-Istation Math

1:45-2:30 – Science -Blobs in a Bottle Experiement ! Go out and play! Stay Healthy! 

Homework: HA! HA! IXL Science or Social Studies

I will continue to monitor student progress!  I am also including some books students can read at home.
